Foot Mobilisation
Painful Feet?
Give your feet a little freedom!
Let’s face it — your feet do all the heavy lifting: standing, walking, balancing and maintaining posture. They are your foundation- When the tiny joints in your feet don’t want to play nice, your feet hurt, your calves groan, knees creak, and lower back starts complaining.

That’s where FMT comes in. Rather than just throwing insoles at the problem or blaming the shoes, FMT is a gentle, hands-on technique that says: “Okay, foot, let’s sort out what’s really going on.” It loosens stiff foot joints, realigns, the joints and your arches and ankles, stimulates muscles, and calls off the internal “pain-alarm” messages.

How it works

-
I check your leg alignment and joint mobility.
-
I use precise mobilisation techniques to free up stuck joints, promote correct movement patterns and activate the foot’s natural mechanics.
-
Once the foundation is aligned, your body can walk, stand and move more efficiently — meaning less pain in the feet, calves, knees, hips and back.
-
The initial treatment period is approx 1x week for 6 weeks, then we Maintain it periodically depending on severity and daily tasks being undertaken. It keeps your feet ready for life, sport or simply wearing your favourite shoes without regret.
-
the loading through the foot becomes even
-
the muscles can relax
-
the tendons stop gripping
-
the inflammation has a chance to settle
-
AND the brain stops “guarding” against pain on every step

Why it’s worth it

-
You could skip the orthotics, avoid surgery or endless shoe swapping.
-
You’ll feel more stable, less sore, and ready to go rather than dreading the first step out of bed.
-
Your feet finally get to move the way they were designed to — and your entire body thanks them for it.

Every bone, muscle, tendon and nerve in your body has to constantly compensate for the way your feet land each step you take.

If the foot joints are stiff, jammed, or out of alignment → your whole body is working harder than it needs to.

What can FMT help with?

-
Plantar Fasciitis / heel pain
-
Ball of foot pain
-
Bunions and toe drift
-
Flat feet & fallen arches
-
High arched rigid feet
-
Morton’s neuroma symptoms
-
Achilles tension / tight calves
-
Foot stiffness when you first get up
-
Recurrent ankle sprains
-
Knee, hip, or lower back pain that is actually coming from the feet

I often see people who have been stretching their feet or calves for months (or years) with no long term result… because no one ever addressed the actual problem → the tiny bones that are stuck, jammed or not gliding. There are simple exercises to do each day to help the feet improve and hold the new alignment. These are very important.

And here is the powerful part:

when the feet are aligned correctly, your body can move without strain, your nervous system relaxes, and your brain no longer has to constantly protect every step you take — this is where physical work + subconscious resetting together creates faster, safer, longer-lasting change.

We are not only treating the foot.
We are changing the entire body’s movement system and safety response.
